"Stay Composed"
No matter what obstacles come your way today
remember to stay composed. Do not become unglued! Do not give into the urge to
come out of your place of peace! Keep a watch over your words and choose them
carefully. From the start of this day until it finishes be determined to to
stay composed. You may notice quite a bit falling apart around you, the key is,
for you to stay together. This can be achieved if you write a little
note to yourself, keep a mental note, or rehearse it in your mind that you will
remain composed on today. Treat your inner being well by giving
calming and gracious responses. "Stay Composed!"

"Pace Yourself"
Try not to rush into the day but rather pace
yourself. Take your time doing things on today even when it comes to your
thoughts. Try avoiding the tendency to rush or hurrying through your day.
Take deep full breaths and tell yourself, "don't get anxious
instead, slow down and take it all in." There's no need in rushing
through the day and then at the end wonder where the day went? You can have a
successful and productive day just by pacing it. Keep in mind how important it
is to take your time and keep yourself calm as you go throughout the day.

"Choose Peace"
It doesn't matter what is going on around you
today; your goal is to remain calm. Keep the peace within and don't let it
loose, "not for one moment." Do not allow any negative forces to
invade or disrupt your inner sanctuary. Be careful not to give your energy over
to things that steal time from your day. Instead, reflect on the progress your
are making in becoming a more peaceful person. Try giving yourself over to
things that are worth your time. As you go throughout the day, remind yourself
to keep all distractions where they belong, on the outside.

"Seek Opportunities"
You can go as far as you want to on today. Nothing
can hinder your pursuit for peace. Nothing can stymie your passion or slow down
your progress in achieving the best possible outcomes. Give your mind the
benefit of superior thoughts; give your emotions the benefit of positive
feelings; and give your spirit the benefit of calming reflections. Some people tend to wait to see what the day will hold or look like before attempting their hand at something great. Today is
yours and claim it as yours. Don't wait for opportunities; go after them!

"What are you Expecting?"
Most of the time we get very little out of our
days because we expect very little. We have two choices, we can approach the day
with great expectancy or we can treat it as just another day? We can be hopeful
that something positive, promising, and productive will happen or we can go
through the motions counting the minutes until the day is over? We can be
grateful for another day of life or we can take life for granted, as if we were
supposed to wake up this morning? When we walk into a room we can light it up
with our presence or we can bring a dark cloud over it? Don't wait for positive
feelings to knock at your door; carry them with you out of the door right into
all of the environments that you go into. Now you get going on today and expect
good things to happen!

"A Quality Day"
Do you have your tasks at hand for today? Do you
plan to check things off as you complete them? How much are you scheduled to
complete on today? It is good to have your day planned and know exactly what
you intend to do. However, try thinking about the quality of your day in
addition to the quantity of it. The quality is how your day transpires as you
are completing each task. Are you smiling? Do you have a sense of inner peace?
Are you enjoying your relationships? Did you get a sense of satisfaction in how
you handled things? All of those are questions that reflect on the quality of
your day. As you go down your list of to do's why not make having a quality day
your top priority?
