whispering a short phrase of encouragement to yourself as you go from one point to
another. Speak words that will remind you of just how far you have come. Speak
words to yourself that will keep you focused. Speak words to yourself that will
help you to look beyond the challenges. Speak words to yourself that will reinforce
positive and uplifting thoughts. You may not always have others around to
