"Speak to Yourself"

If you start to feel yourself slacking off step into another gear and push forward! Don’t allow yourself to give into slothful and unmotivated feelings. We all have moments where we say to ourselves, “I’m going to do just enough.” There were times where we all had to make an adjustment to our attitudes in order to get through the day. On today, try whispering a short phrase of encouragement to yourself as you go from one point to another. Speak words that will remind you of just how far you have come. Speak words to yourself that will keep you focused. Speak words to yourself that will help you to look beyond the challenges. Speak words to yourself that will reinforce positive and uplifting thoughts. You may not always have others around to encourage you. Why not take the opportunity to encourage yourself throughout the day?
